Seymour is the Manager, Training Services at the Workplace Research Centre. A professional background in human resource management has included roles with a strong employee relations and IR focus. He has experience working in private, public and non-profit sectors, in Europe and in Australia. When not 'enjoying' being a wayward golfer and following a soccer team with little chance of winning a trophy, Seymour's professional passion is devising highly experiential and applied learning and development programs. He has wide experience designing and facilitating programs for adult learners from diverse backgrounds, from senior managers to job seekers with a disability.
